At Solvay we are making many changes focused on automation, standardization and prioritization. The deployment of Performance and Talent Management in My HR Services has come about through our goal of more automation and giving Employees, Managers and teams the tools to do much more themselves such as more Employee and Manager self-service tools.
This deployment also highlights the focus on the empowerment and accountability of leaders to make good people decisions, by increasing managerial and leadership capabilities for managers to fully leverage new processes such as salary raise, promotion and demotion.
HR plays a role in driving the performance culture by coaching others, particularly Managers, toward our new way of looking at performance management.
