SCHEDULING

COHVPI or COOISPI (almost the same report) : scheduling report. This report shows planned orders and/or process orders that needs to be produced.  For process orders, produced quantities can also be displayed.  In the COHVPI report, there is a direct access to CORS/COGI/COR6 transactions and allows also some mass processing

ZWPP07R (WP1) : This report provide  the comparison between the produced quantities versus the scheduled quantities for the current month in a month-to-date mode.

CM01 / CM50  : capacity analysis. this transaction allows to check capacity utilisation by production line.  In order to have arealistic report, it is mandatory to update the available capacity using CRC2 for PP-REM and CR02 for PP-PI plants.

SALES ORDERS

ZWOCR05 (WP1) This report display all open orders in WP1

Z1V_LIST_ORDERS. This report allow to display all sales orders shipped, not shipped yet, already converted to delivery etc...

STOCKS

MB52 : display stock per material - batch numbers - storage location.  unrestricted stock is visible but also under quality retention, blocked stock or also stock in transit.

ZWPP01C (WP1) is a very similar transaction as MB52 but gives more options at the selection screen

MMBE : gives the stock for one material with all details by storage location and batch number

MB5B : gives the stock at a certain date + all movements done between 2 dates.

MB5T : in transit stock. The intransit stock needs to be checked on a regular basis.  This represent what is on the way between 2 plants.  The rule is to always good receipt what has been good issued at the sourcing plant.  If there i a difference  between the announced stock in the truck and the real stock, the correction needs to be done at the receiving plant or at the soucing plant but never let the stock in transit.

ZWPPSTOCK : this report shows the projected stock for materials.  Could be finished products, intermediates, raw or pack materials.  having the visibility of the projected stock, with a quick overview, you can detect if there is a shortage issue in the future  for a material.  A direct link to MD04 allows you to quickly have a look on where the problem is coming from.  Some filters are available to finetune your selection and the elements you want to be displayed.

MC.9 : sometimes, the stock we need is the month end closure stock.  Most of the stock transactions show the online stock.  This LC.9 transaction show the stock at month end

FORECAST REPORTING

ZDP_FORECAST: This video shows the forecast accuracy.  total forecast, allocated quantities, shipped quantities are displayed and compared to total forecast.

MD73 : Display how the customer orders are allocated to the forecast.

MISCELLANEOUS

ZWPP31A :This This report allows to mass export all elements that are available in MD04.  From there, only your imagination can limit your report

Examples of possible reports using ZWPP31A:

• Expected deliveries from vendors : late deliveries + deliveries for the next 2 days.
• Detect elements in the past : past due deliveries, Process orders or planned orders in the past, Purchase orders in the past etc...

MB51: This transaction shows all the movements done in SAP

Queries: SQ00 : It exist several queries in SAP.  Those are related to datas or master data.  Here under some interesting queries in PF1 and WP1
Remark : Most of the users does not have access to the user groups : you can run SQ00 but there is only few queries available.  You need then to raise a ticket asking authorisation to run som user groups.

Here under, few interresting queries but, don't hesitate to try others if you need.
