Connect to the home page SOLVAY and click on "Service one digital Workplace"

Select " Report an IT Issue" on  Service one 

Fill in the form to submit an incident

1. Check the box and select the type or the issue (If it's an Application issue, IT service issue,  Hypercare issue ..)

2- Once you choose the type of the issue, you will be able to select from the list the exact detail issue

3 - Fill in the other mandatory fields (Select a description, the urgency..). Then, you submit the request
