    • Country or group of countries (if applicable): belux, china, france, italy, lam, nam, uk_ie, bulgaria, dach, netherlands, iberia, poland, latvia, australia, india, japan, south_korea, thailand, singapore, new_zealand, emea_transversal, apac_transversal

    • Unit and Domain according to the List of labels to be used in the Finance Service Line space

      • E.g. 1: WW Operation in Financial Accounting under domain "Central Finance Processes & Compliance":
        • Labels to be used: ww, financial_accounting, central_fin_proc_compliance

      • E.g. 2: France Operation in Financial Accounting:
        • Labels to be used: country_accounting, france, financial_accounting
          (for country operations, the Domain is always country_accounting)


3. Fill in all fields as described above

4. Name the title of each section using OPD methodology naming convention - Infinitive verb without the “to”, mainly action verb...something) - " I do something..."

5. Once the description of the operation is completed, ensure it is approved and published by launching the SBS-Finance approval workflow

1.1. Objective of this Operation

WHY - Describe the objective of the operation

On a quarterly basis the financial director of SES requests our contribution to prepare 2 slides in a presentation with quarterly results that afterwards is shared with the auditors. Usually the figures requested to us are the ones related to OCI and this procedure describes how to get the necessary details to update the presentation from our side.

3. Tasks description

WHAT and HOW - Main content of the operation

The content should be mainly organized in 2 levels of Headings to ensure a proper link with the Table of Contents.

Select the level of heading in the "Paragraph" option.

Usually we receive a request via email to update the slides concerned to OCI

3.1. I provide OCI amount

First you can open the file used for the previous presentation, in this example you can open the file stored here: \\NOHVFS01\Treasury-GAR\SES\2022\03.2022


In this file you will find the tab , update the data source of the pivot tables with the tab from the Hedge file:

In order to do that you can copy the tab "Presentation" into the Hedge file and update the data source and then save the version "presentation" as mentioned above. 


The pivot tables have the split between Settlement type PHYSIC and SETTLM:




Go to FS10N with account 12805000 and get the OCI amount:


Make sure the split done in the pivot tables match with the total amount of OCI:


3.2. I update the presentation

Go to the presentation shared with you via email and update the slides with the pivot table and figures of the month requested:


Note: "OCI (CFH)" column is the same has "MtM uncertain"
