Let’s say it, building a safe and inclusive team environment does take continued efforts and attention;
Keep asking for feedback and searching for diverse views when making decisions;
Yes, at SCo there is room to engage in Employee Resource Groups. Support the team members who are willing to join an ERG, give visibility to the network and DEI goals to the team, newcomers;
Be familiar with SCo DEI goals and learn how it applies to you context. How can you promote DEI in your team and become a role model for other leaders;
Try to consciously look for diverse profiles while attracting new talents.
