The HR Reporting has been going through a transformation process in the last year that involves improvements at the level of information provided, as well as the tools that support it.
At the moment the HR reporting model provides Syensqo’s employees information to the following stakeholders.
Who are the HR Reporting stakeholders?
HR Universe - Has access to all employees available information on their scope.
Manager - Has access to all employees available information on their reporting lines.
Non HR - Has access to company related information with detail on employee, without confidential data.
HOW TO GET CONNECTED WITH HR REPORTING
Reporting Data Groups
Workforce
This group of reports aims, starting from the headcount, at reaching the detail of each employee, on a daily basis, crossing data from different HR sources and processes such as salary information, turnover, events, diversity … Datasource: EC + euHReka.
Time Management
Absences data per day - Furlough
Employee Absences
This group of reports aims at reaching absenteeism information; the information is organized by Absence group, Reporting Time Type and Absence types. With this report we can have the detail per employee/absence/date. Datasource: euHReka + Kronos
Payroll
Labor Costs
With Labor Cost report we can have an overview of employee costs organized by packages with the detail of wage types per employee and day. With this report you are able to reproduce your payslip. Data is available after each payroll run. Datasource: EC + euHReka
Appraisal
Assessment per Appraisal Campaign
Having YOU tool as datasource, you can find in this report, not only detailed information of Appraisal Campaign but also data to do the follow up of individual objectives and feedback culture
Learning
Course Completion
Certification Completion
Having YOU GROW as datasource, you can find in these reports detailed information about Course and Certification completed by the employees.

Compensation MERIT data
Compensation - Progress Status
Compensation - Variable Pay data
Designed to support Compensation Campaign, you can do its follow up, the progress of the campaign with Progress Status report, and look into Merit and Variable pay data. Those reports are daily updated and linked with EasyComp.
