The Export control & Sanctions (ECS) department primary mission is to ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
This involves
- implementing the Group Trade Compliance Program within the organization,
- creating operational procedures that meet all applicable standards and,
- diligently staying up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and geopolitical situations,
in order to perform correct monitoring of the operations and provide the best possible advice to the business.
During Allegra Sacchetti's maternity leave (beginning February to November 2024), please note the following organizational changes :
- Regional Experts, Joy Meng, Alexis Burnel and Matthew Fuller, will report to Nicolas Khedir directly both organizationally and functionally
- Operational Experts, Joana Rebanda and Diana Carpinteiro will report to Chad Swance in the Global Trade Center of Expertise
