The person responsible of a cost center is accountable for the elements allocated in the cost center

The companies using SRM7 for purchasing should have a SRM7 user ID (=BIP user ID) entered in this field, starting with 5, such as 50000000


In the frame of Po2, there are now 2 financial matrix with SRM7 user ID. 

There can be 2 position codes for the same position but one for ECO and one for SCO (ex: 50081224 - Chief Financial Officer & 50000102 - Chief Financial Officer, the first one is used when a company is in the scope SCO, the second one in ECO) 

When creating a new cost center, you need to select the correct code using the following matrices (star). If the cost center is created in a company ECO, use a SRM7 position ECO and vice versa.
