Use a filter view to help. Many have been already created. Feel free to use them or create yours.

Review/validate these numbers, and make necessary adjustments. When should you adjust these numbers?

Once you are done, open the "Schedule Validation Punch Card" sheet.

open the "New Version - HeatMap" sheet.
where Adherence is green or blue: no comment necessary. Adherence is within range of, or higher than, the target. Just enter "OK" to confirm that you have reviewed the performances.
