To simplify the delivery of visibility on a need-to-know basis (*) on the different data and especially on the critical ones appearing in the context of the CEM program dashboards, the following solution has been implemented:

  • Need-to-know access to data in the dashboards will be automatically configured based on the user data profile in CRM (Core or iCare). 
  • Avoiding the need to manually recreate or maintain accesses in different systems for the dashboards in scope, doing the job once in CRM will be enough

Users data security profiles and visibility rights are managed by Visibility Product Owner (Roberta Navone) and available in the visibility matrix.

Accesses to the different pages and data set in the pricing dashboard are managed by the pricing squad using the profile access matrix. 



If you belong to Specialty Polymers (SP), Composites Materials (CM), Technology Solutions (TS) or Novecare (CS) GBU, your access is granted automatically after your Salesforce profile has been created (please reach out to your GBU data steward if you have any question).


Data visibility in the dashboard will be aligned with your visibility in SalesForce. Therefore you may not be able to access data for specific regions, markets, or confidential accounts. This will impact all calculated KPIs (e.g. GBU total sales).

If data such as Region, Group of Activity or Market Cluster are not correct, you should contact your Data Steward who can update your SF profile.


If you do not belong to a GBU or need a transverval profile (corporate profile, EKAM...), follow the steps in Service One : How to request access to Dashboard in QlikView, QlikSense or Tableau?



The Pricing dashboard is accessible through the Qliksense hub or via the CRMs.
