Supplier specific object REAL_SUB_E allows to record supplier's regulatory information

Since the REAL_SUB_E is a specific record per supplier, it is possible:

• to store supplier's specific regulatory statements in SAP EHS under the REAL_SUB_E (documents maintenance).
• maintain different regulatory information within Raw Material Property Tree, such as Country Inventory Status, Conflict Minerals compliance information, etc.
• per GBU request, other chemical regulations can be added to the RM&PC team compliance scope (information stored within Raw Material Property Tree / documents maintenance).

This allows to perform extraction of supplier-specific records per needed regulatory status, analyse the impacted raw materials in case of a regulation change, and address compliance of Syensqo Products manufactured using specific suppliers' raw materials.

Raw Material PROD_COM information combines information for a set of similar chemistry suppliers and can be directly used for Syensqo Finished product information assessment

Information such as raw material PROD_COM composition and notification status can be directly pulled for a Syensqo product by the usage of SAP EHS rules based on raw materials. This can be helpful for the analysis of:

• Syensqo Finished Product composition → standard composition can be calculated based on raw materials used for production. This is important when the Syensqo product is a blend of multiple raw materials but could as well be helpful for impurity profile assessment of products manufactured by chemical reaction.

• Syensqo Finished Product notification status → can be calculated based on raw material PROD_COM notification status.  Helpful when the supplier's proprietary ingredients are present within Syensqo products.
