Sinequa
This search engine is used globally for the intranet and also for EHS* document.
A dedicate portal was design for EHS documents in order to add several criterias and tool boxes to refine search
As any search engine, Sinequa tool will extract from the data base some exact results but also approched results based on a Full text search ( idem as Google search)
Advanced search criteria
Using advanced search is a way to access to additional search criteria like Material code, …
It's also a solution to get exact result based on this criteria.

Box appears in the screen as soon as there is still choice for the criteria according to the current result

Document description is build to avoid error during the selection . Key information are available
Access restriction - Authorization matrix
All users with access to Solvay intranet (from a Solvay site or from Citrix RAS) can access and download EHS document from Sinequa portal
For some extended access ( access to documents for Confidential products, No diffusion or R&D) , some specific authorization role need to be assigned to the user according to the matrix here after.
Acces to others documents
- Historical document are available in Sinequa but only through a dedicate portal and according to specific authorization role.
- This management was updated recently in order to avoid confusion for several users
- Please ask for the link to this portal to the support email adress
- Certificates are also available from Sinequa Portal but from another URL: Product Information Search (invalid link)
