Automatic Abandon

Every time a business user update a quote or quote line item it trigger the update of the "Last Modified By User" field to current date.

If a quote has the following cirteria :

Last Modified By User > 90 days from today
Status = Draft

A batch run daily and will abandon the quote

In addition a new chatter message is set in order to notify the automatic abandon.

Manual Abandon

At following status the user can request to abandon quote : Draft, Sent for Approval, Approved, Sent to Customer SAP Upload preparation
