Step-By-Step


Step 1 - Step short description


1.1Go to the account you want to onboard: Ensure it is linked to a Corporate Group

On the Parent Account, Check box “Partner Corporate group”

Go Back to the Account, top right hand side, click on the arrow

 On the account Click on the Enable as a Partner

If the account is already set up on the C&C portal, the option Enable as Partner will not be visible 

Debug: If already enabled, field “ispartner” (hidden for some users) is Yes

1.5On the Contact, Select (rop right arrow Enable Partner User). You will be redirected to User Record

On the User record, fill the missing info (Profile:’Connect & Collaborate Partner). Data Access profile is not relevant (you can selectAccount Manager)

    1. Upon Saving, the user will receive an email to set his/her new password

1.7Email received by the contact


1.8If the distributors contact do not see a product in his product/sample/technical request on the portal, Go to Partner community Product, and create new Partner Community Product
