Connect on Solvay one, and create a Service One ticket

Application Access Request (Generic)” in the

"Most frequent services" Section 


Fill the user details : (User ID, first name, Last name, personal number, employee type, email, manager, entity...)


Add :

  •  The type of the request : ( example: User creation )
  • Select the application One LIMS AGILAB
  • Additional Informations 

  • Download one of these 3 google documents, depending of you request
  • Make a copy and fill it
  • IMPORTANT : Join the file to your Service One ticket
        • Option 1 : Once the request is created, open your request and add the attachment
          in the comments section
        • Option 2 : Create a google document Shared with Solvay as read only and add
          the link in the section ‘Additional information’

(Don't forget to select on the file external or internal + to tag your company ECO or SCO )
