Background & Context

Currently, only one plant (Tavaux) within Syensqo leverages the advanced functionalities of S4HANA APM, which includes predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring, and comprehensive asset performance insights. The rest of the organization employs standard SAP preventative maintenance, which primarily focuses on scheduled maintenance tasks without advanced analytics and predictive capabilities.


Assumptions

Clearly describe the underlying assumptions which informed or limited the choices available, or impacted the decision: cost, schedule, regulatory requirements, business drivers, country footprint, technology, etc. Include links as necessary.
