An Opportunity is a potential business deal that a sales team is actively pursuing with a prospect or customer. It involves tracking information about the customer problem to be solved, the Solvay products being considered, the sales stage and timing, expected revenue, and the likelihood of closing the deal. The collection of all opportunities is referred to as theĀ Opportunity Pipeline.
