The following steps have to be followed when the project is being built for the first time on an environment, including the first time the project will be ran on the prod instance.

• Make sure the Gsheets sources (in the "Data extracts" Flow zone) URL are correct and the sheets are filled as expected.
• Manually create the "best_params_output" and "best_param_dataset" tables by double clicking these datasets and accessing the "Settings" menu : 
  
• Launch a full scenario :
  • "Prod reload" on prod automation env
  • "Full reload" on other envs (do not forget to change the version name)
• Monitor and check results
