Dear Convergence users,

On 2018 Convergence is going to evolve on the same pace than last year in order to enhance you experience within the application and to bring you great new features with big added value.

This February 2018 release note covers all the user stories from Sprints 18.

Hereafter is a summary of the main features delivered to you on this release.

For a more detailed scope of what has been brought, you will find attached to this note a spreadsheet collecting all the features implemented.

Main features


 

  • Account (Suppliers)

    • Contact flag added to quickly see if it is active or not
    • Users are now able to assign to an Account Detail Document the type Certification with a validity date
    • Search Tool has been improved in order to be able to make more targeted research

  • Contract Workspaces
    • A substitute can now create and/or manage a Contract Workspace on the behalf of a buyer
    • Rules on dates and amount have been implemented for better data consistency
    • Buyers are now able to delete Contract Properties on their own
    • No more default currency when creating a Contract Workspace to avoid mistakes
    • Improved Search Tool to be able to search on short description and target leasing contracts

  • Value Creation

    • The currency of a benefit cannot be updated anymore once it is implemented
    • The difference in amount/percentage is displayed only once the benefit is approved or rejected to avoid confusion
    • Any update of the field “Probability” is now tracked in the action’s history
    • Benefits fields names have been updated for better readability
    • Benefits status flag is now recalculated when a benefit is deleted

  • Legal4Purchasing
    • The attachment console is now harmonized with the one of Contract Workspaces
    • More information is displayed on the search result from the Search Engine and Master Keys pages

And other developments to increase the quality of data and development deliveries from an IS point of view.
