• Spanning incremental changes to breakthrough transformations
• From idea selection to commercialization & post-launch
• A tool to efficiently manage multi-functional project deliverables and support phase-gate project management
• Gate Presentations allow vetting of deliverable completion in project decision making.
• Dashboards and reports allow quick extraction and visualization of project and portfolio data for internal and external reporting

Involving cross-functional teams, e.g. R&I, Marketing, Industrial,… WEGO has been in place since 2015 for all GBUs & Corp R&I and for Specialty Polymers since 2010.
