think about personal examples: house renovation, family trip, party organization, etc.

 I like taking the example of a trip in a desert (cold of hot) such as Antartica... 

You need to think about:

• the period of the year - because you could have only NIGHT LIGHT. How will you manage the cold ? How to manage meeting a bear ?

• What about the travel? I can imagine there is no direct flight from your city

• Why going to Antartica ? for pictures report ? for scientific reasons ?

• You need to manage your budget
