Master Tables : Hierarchies
- From the most detailed levels (SKU) to aggregated ones (Business Unit, Family etc…)
- Hierarchies lists Materials, but also Sites, Ressources

Master Data : Site
A site can be :
- SHIP TO
- PRODUCTION PLANT
- WAREHOUSE (Terminal)
- TRADING PLANT
- SUB CONTRACTING PLANT

- The Ship To are imported from DynaSys DP (DFU)
- The other sites are the division in SAP (based on the plant listed) and imported from SAP

Sites
| Producer | - A production site or supplier, and the highest network level

Shipping site | - Production sites, warehouses or intermediate platforms

Receiving site | - Customer or distribution centers
|
Seller | - Sites that sell directly to final customers, the first level of the network
|

Master Data : SKU
SKU : Material@Site
- SKU (Stock-Keeping Unit) is the combination of a Material and a Location (either plant, warehouse, ship-to)
- A SKU can be :
- Material@ship-to
- Material@prodplant
- Material@warehouse
- ...
- This will enable the system to create a network

- Several aggregated levels by material

- Conditions can be created for filtering data

- Aggregated levels allow to group data

ARC
ARC : Flow between 2 SKUs
- ARC are the link between 2 SKUs

- Resources can be aggregated by Line / Workshops …
- There is also a link made towards Sites --> Resources hierarchy inherits from Site aggregated levels

Planning level
The Planning level will define the level of the SKU in the MRP calculation
