The Windows Task Scheduler on a server is a tool dedicated to the management of tasks.
Tasks allow to automatically execute programs or scripts (commonly called batches) according to a certain frequency and at predefined times.

DP* and DiP* are respectively hosted on WDCDYAP21 and WDCDYAP31 servers.
Consequently tasks and batches are defined on each server and the synchronization of DP/DiP batches is managed through flags (csv files).
It means that a task executes a batch on a server. In the meantime, another task triggers a batch on the other server and this batch is waiting for a specific flag to continue.
Some batches may wait for several flags.
Two flags (BW_DYN_PART*_COMPLETE) are provided by BW.
