Solvay Specialty Polymers Japan (5846) uses several external warehouses managed by Mitsui-Soko. To inform Mitsui-Soko of the shipment/delivery schedule, a CSV file containing the list of planned shipments/deliveries is sent by email about once a day.

This CSV file is downloaded with the transaction Z1T_SEND_SHIPLIST and sent by email by the logistics user to Mitsui-Soko.

Avoid duplicates

To avoid sending the same shipment data several times, the tender status AC “Accepted by forwarder” is set in the shipment after it has been included in a CSV file.

Shipment deletion

When deleting a shipment with tender status AC, an email is sent by the user exit EXIT_SAPLV56U_004 automatically from the PF1 system to Mitsui-Soko with a CSV file attachment to inform that the shipment has been deleted. The receiver email addresses come from the shipping point.
