To contribute to GBS Credit Management, you have to open a fresdesk ticket  don't forget to notify on this ticket your cluster : sbscct-contributors or sbscct-reviewers or sbscct-approvers

There are 3 clusters . You must be included in only one of them (according to your position) to contribute.

Specialist on each CCT domains (ex. Credit manager, Customs Trade and Control....)

sbscct-reviewers

Manager on each CCT domains (ex. Regional credit manager, team leader, .....)

sbscct-approvers

Process manager, Process expert leader on each CCT domains

 

 

 

 

 

Before moving forward, check whether your user is already included in a cluster.

No, you have only to open a freshdesk ticket .We recommend that all contributors attend a training session and read the rules before starting their contribution.
