4. Process Flows 

Regarding to AR Incoming Payment Clearance, the daily basis operation is downloading bank statement for monitoring customer incoming payment

Every bank has steps of downloading bank statement as following

4.1 Kasikorn Bank 

(1) Log on to Kasikorn Bank’s website at: https://kcashconnectplus.kasikornbank.com/GCPCW/ 

(2) After long on, the mainpage of Kasikorn Bank will be displayed as below, 

(3) Click “Account” > “Account Information” > “Summarize” 

 (4) Select company and account you need 

(5) Select date and download, then save file as a type you need 

4.2 Krungsri Bank

(1) Log on to Krungsri Bank’s website at : https://www.krungsrionline.com/cgi-bin/bvisapi.dll/krungsri_ib/login/login.jsp?language=eng

(2) Click enter site of “Krungsri Online” , put User name and Password

(3) Click the account name you need

(4) Select Account, Date and File Type, then click download

(5) Click print and save as defined folder

4.3 Bangkok Bank

(1) Log on to Bangkok Bank’s website at http://www.bangkokbank.com/OnlineBankingThai/BUSINESSBANKING/CORPORATE/CORPORATEICASH/Pages/default.aspx

(2) Click “Log on Corporate iCash”, then put username and password

(3) Select “Account Statement”

(4) Select “Account Activity History”

(5) Enter information required and click submit

(6) Download statement and save as defined folder

4.4 HSBC

(1) Log on to HSBC’s website at http://www.hsbcnet.com/

(2) After click “Log on to HSBCnet”, put username and password

(3) Select the account name you need

(4) Click “Statement”, then enter date and click “Apply Filters”

(5) Click print and save as a defined folder

4.5 Citibank

Website: https://portal.citidirect.com/portalservices/forms/login.pser

For using Citi direct website, need the safe word card which is issued by CITIBANK to access website instead password

• On first website page click login by certificate button
• Choose Login Method “Multi-Factor” or “Challenge Response”
• Put your Sign-On ID from your Safe-Word card.
• Click Continue

• log on the safe word card by pin.[Citibank provide password for open the safeword]
• do challenge response password between website and Safe word card. 
• Click Continue

• Put Multi factor password of  Safe word card
• Click Login

• Click CitiDirect Services

• Go to Reports and then click Cash Statements Reports

• Click Unsaved account statement Report
• Click Edit Report

• put statement date
• Click Run
• Default report format is PDF file, if need other format can be click Format and choose the format which you want.

• Once report status show available
• Click the tab avaiable then click view report
