To contribute to GBS Credit Management, your user must be included in a group of contributors. 

 

 

 

 

Groups of contributors 

 

There are 3 groups of contributors. You must be included in only one of them (according to your position) to contribute.  


Group name

sbsotc-contributors

Specialist on each OtC domains (ex. Credit manager, Customer Service Representative, ....)

sbsotc-reviewers

Manager on each OtC domains (ex. Regional credit manager, Log&data team leader, .....)

sbsotc-approvers

Process manager, Process expert leader on each OtC domains

 

 

 

 

 

Before moving forward, check whether your user is already included in a contributor group.

 

 

 

 

 

Click on the group you should be included in, and look for your user

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you are not in one of these groups and you want to contribute, you must send an email to Nadine Bardanave

> Do I need to ask for the approval of my manager or anyone else to contribute ? 

 

 

No, you have only to send an email to Nadine Bardanave. She will ask the validation to process expert on your OtC Domain (Customer Service - Credit Management - Cash Collection - Accounts Receivable - Customs Trade and Compliance - Logistic & Data)

We recommend that all contributors attend a training session and read the rules before starting their contribution.
