To contribute to GBS Credit Management, you have to open a fresdesk ticket  don't forget to notify on this ticket your cluster : sbsotc-contributors or sbsotc-reviewers or sbsotc-approvers

 

 

 

 

Groups of contributors 

 

There are 3 groups of contributors. You must be included in only one of them (according to your position) to contribute.

Specialist on each OtC domains (ex. Credit manager, Customer Service Representative, ....)

sbsotc-reviewers

Manager on each OtC domains (ex. Regional credit manager, Log&data team leader, .....)

sbsotc-approvers

Process manager, Process expert leader on each OtC domains

 

 

 

 

 

Before moving forward, check whether your user is already included in a contributor group.

> Do I need to ask for the approval of my manager or anyone else to contribute ? 

 

 

No, you have only to open a freshdesk ticket .We recommend that all contributors attend a training session and read the rules before starting their contribution.
