The First Time Managers Toolkit was created to help, support, and respond to the challenges of new managers. It’s packed with practical tips, best practices, and interactive resources to guide new managers along their journey.
The Toolkit is designed around five key modules based on feedback from focus groups of recent new managers around the challenges they face in their first 90 days: Exploring our Culture & Behaviors, Providing & Receiving Feedback, Managing Diversity, Managing Challenges with Confidence, and Using HR Tools.
The Toolkit is currently available in English, Chinese, French, Italian, and Portuguese.
