Purpose

Demand Planning and Sales and Operational Planning are critical components of the ERP Rebuild project design. Concurrently, APS is a parallel project being executed using Kinaxis Maestro to implement DP and Sales and Operational Planning within Syensqo.

This document is intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of the current "As-Is" planning process, integration, and system landscape of the existing Maestro system within the scope of the APS project. Its purpose is to identify the necessary changes required for the ERP rebuild project. Also, the document outlines the envisioned future state of the integration and system landscape, along with a proposed approach for data cleansing and cutover aligned with the ERP rebuild design. It further provides recommendations for a governance model, detailing how the teams will collaborate and coordinate effectively to ensure the successful execution of both projects.
