Step by step process on how to onboard new
Concerned profiles:
Step 1 - In Icare | |||

| 1.1 Onboard new Corporate Group | Go to the account you want to onboard: Ensure it is linked to a Corporate Group & click on the Corporate Group |

1.2 Onboard new Corporate Group | On the Parent Account, Check box “Partner Corporate group” |

1.3 Onboard new Account | Go Back to the Account, top right hand side, click on the arrow |
| |
1.4 Onboard new Account | On the account Click on the Enable as a Partner If the account is already set up on the C&C portal, the option Enable as Partner will not be visible Debug: If already enabled, field “ispartner” (hidden for some users) is Yes |

| 1.5 Onboard new Contact | On the Contact, Select (top right arrow Enable Partner User). You will be redirected to User Record |
| |
| 1.6 Onboard new Contact | On the User record, fill the missing info (Profile:’Connect & Collaborate Partner). Data Access profile is not relevant (you can selectAccount Manager)

| 1.7 Onboard new Contact | Email received by the contact |
| |
| 1.8 Onboard new Product | If the distributors contact do not see a product in his product/sample/technical request on the portal, Go to Partner community Product, and create new Partner Community Product |
