1. Log in to Core CRM
  2. Go To Product & Click Edit (necessary edit right required)
  3. Go to section MSP Product Finder
    1. Input “Markets”
    2. Input “MSP Region”
  4. Go to the relevant MSP market
  5. Update fields in the Relevant Market Section (Personal Care, Crop Protection,...)



Tip 1: Line Break in a field in product selector in MSP: How to do it

In CRM, in the product object, use the ";"  to separate values to achieve line break. See example image.

Restrict Products for specific Accounts

  1. Log in to Core CRM
  2. Go to the App Launcher and search for Customer Product Association
  3. Click New to create a new record
  4. Fill in the Account(s) and Product you wish to be only available for that Account or Accounts (Corporate Group)

Note: This will restrict the Product to those specific Account(s) in all MSP
