User can exclude options

In addition to the standard filtering features, an advanced capability has been developed that allows users to filter out unwanted data.

Given that a user has the ability to apply filters on a dataset, including both inclusion and exclusion options for the same field,
When the user selects specific options to include and other specific options to exclude
Then the system should display only the trials that contain the included options and exclude any trials that contain any of the excluded options
