Vendor Assessment: Conducting thorough evaluations of potential vendors to ensure they meet the project's standards and requirements. Procurement of Needed Services or Solutions: Identifying and acquiring the necessary services or solutions that align with the project's goals. Recording Time on Build: Implementing a system to accurately track and record the time spent on building and developing the project. This helps in monitoring progress and ensuring efficient use of resources.

A rollout is the process of deploying a solution or initiative across different parts of an organization, such as specific GBUs, plants, countries, or product ranges. It is needed to ensure consistent implementation and maximize the value of existing solutions. Our Portfolio will focus on “copy-paste and repeat” for existing solutions to reduce administrative validations. We emphasize the roll-out plan and value, assuming there are no significant architectural, cyber, or procurement changes, and no conflicts with the separation timeline or the Re-Build program.
