These below project are currently in the planning phase, where several critical actions need to be undertaken to ensure its successful execution. This phase involves:

  1. Detailed Secure Architecture: Developing a comprehensive and secure architectural design. This involves analyzing potential security risks and designing robust solutions. 

  2. Vendor Assessment: Conducting thorough evaluations of potential vendors to ensure they meet the project's standards and requirements. 

  3. Procurement of Needed Services or Solutions: Identifying and acquiring the necessary services or solutions that align with the project's goals. This step ensures that all required resources are in place for the project's successful implementation.

  4. Recording Time on Build: Implementing a system to accurately track and record the time spent on building and developing the project. This helps in monitoring progress and ensuring efficient use of resources.

In addition to these actions, detailed planning of the project is essential. This involves setting clear objectives, defining milestones, allocating resources, and establishing timelines to guide the project from inception to completion [Done in Jira for majority of the projects].

A rollout is the process of deploying a solution or initiative across different parts of an organization, such as specific GBUs, plants, countries, or product ranges. It is needed to ensure consistent implementation and maximize the value of existing solutions.

Our Portfolio will focus on “copy-paste and repeat” for existing solutions to reduce administrative validations. We emphasize the roll-out plan and value,  assuming there are no significant architectural, cyber, or procurement changes, and no conflicts with the separation timeline or the Re-Build program.
