• Users to create a support Service One depending on the requests type below:

    • Request/Building new Google Apps Script

      • On the Catalog, goto "Main Access & Application Service Requests" → "Application Evolution (non-SAP, non-CRM)".

      • Within the form, fill up all the fields.
        Under the field "Application", select "google apps script" and submit the request.


    • Request support on existing Google Apps Script

      • Follow the same process as requesting new Google Apps Script
      • In the description, provide all the links for the resources/files so as the support will be able assist you.
