SAP Expert on Demand (as part of MaxAttention) offers flexible access to SAP’s top experts, to get targeted advice on specific topics such as architecture design, roadmap discussions, technical troubleshooting, or best practice recommendations. It is primarily meant for short-term, high-impact consultations; as a way to bring in precise SAP expertise exactly when needed. The Expert On Demand service is designed for specific questions or challenges, not for continuous operational support or implementation services. As such, engagements are limited to less than 5 days of effort, and does not include hands-on configuration or development work. Scope is usually time-boxed and topic-specific, meaning it cannot be used for broad, undefined, or exploratory engagements.

Once submitted, the request will follow the process below. Requests which do not adhere to the requirements described in the request form will be rejected. This is required because Expert On Demand is a premium service which comes at a cost to the SyWay budget.
