The objective of this operation is to prepare Transfer Pricing adjustments, ensuring Arm's Length compliance.

3. Tasks description

3.1. I fill the summary of adjustments template through the link provided during the pre-monitoring
team meeting

3.2. I share the preliminary summary of adjustments with the stakeholders

Email is sent by the Team Leader to the CADs of the companies + GTax with the summary of the adjustments.

3.3. In True-Up or Post Year-End I initiate the adjustments

3.4. I send the posting file to Intercompany Team

The summary of adjustments file is sent to Intercompany Team through email and the posting is requested.

3.5. I share the final summary of adjustments with the stakeholders

Once Intercompany Team confirms that the adjustments were posted, email is sent by the Team Leader to the CADs of the companies + GTax with
the final summary of adjustment.
