This application aims at forecasting the energy produced by eolian and solar parks handled by Solvay as an electricity supplier in France.
It is used as an energy trade indicator
Each day, this application :
Fetch weather forecast supplied by Meteo France for the next 48 hours
Fetch energy criteria such has production history, electricity price, available internally at Solvay
For each park already or newly handled by Solvay,
Based on these inputs, a Machine Learning (ML) model produce an estimate of the electricity production for the next 48 hours
Deliver results into an Energy BU owned database
Deliver forecasts
Deliver park specifications
The final user of this information is the Energy team represented by Marie HEINTZMANN.

The application is highly dependent on these public forecast delivered by Meteo France.
