BigQuery Presentation Tables

All the tables available on BigQuery have a "delta" table with a similar schema. The delta tables work as staging for the the final tables. Those tables are used for applying some data quality and deduplication.

They also avoid some data loss as the final tables are update just if the delta table has data on it.
