All the specific norms and conventions for naming and uses
All the output files must have the following naming pattern :
unique_id + "___" + study_id + "___" + sample_id + "___" + [UniqueEquipmentName] |
If the raw data link sends to a folder with multiple files in it, it means that the file was split in two or more parts. We have to copy all these files with the following names:
unique_id + “___” + study_id + “___” + sample_id + “___” + [UniqueEquipmentName] +"___"+ [OriginalFilename] |
The fields unique_id, study_id and sample_id come from ELN. For more details, check the Data Source pages for each test type, ex.: DFS TD - Synthesis Drying ELN Data
