On Left menu - Choose Production

Select ZISREP-SOLVAY: IS Representative

On the new screen, choose "Urgent/Standard Changes" and select UC number

Indicate Document ID, click on "Search", and select the Urgent Change.

By changing Solman Status, Transport Orders will be imported on the different systems (WBQ, WBP).

Below is the steps to follow for Urgent Change in Solman

Steps to follow

1/ Change status to 'In Design", and "In development". Now you can create an Transport Order (TO), in folder "Transport Management".

Click on "Transport Request".

Uncheck "Customizing Request" if not necessary.

Then click on Create.

2/ Connect now in WBD to fill the Transport Order.

- TO has been generated: you cas display it in Transaction SE10
- If necessary: In transaction RSA1, go to "Transport Connection". Choose Query Elements, Query and select query to transport.
- Select elements you need and click on "Transport Objects". Select TO generated ty Solman
- GO to SE10. Release task, but task only, not Request! Request will be released in Solman when we change Status to "Test in QAS" (see below)

3/ Go back to Solman. Change Status to "In Test QAS". This will release TO, and import in WBQ after saving.

4/ If tests are KO, you may have to create a new TO. In this case, modify Solman UC and select "Test not OK".

This will go back to Status "In development", and you will be able to create a new TO. In this case, go back to step 2/.

5/ If all is correct, change status to "In Business Acceptance": MOA indicated in area "Approver for Acceptance" will have to validate this Urgent Change (UC).

It ticket is not approved, status will be back to "test in QAS". In this case follow step 4/.

7/ When Status is "Accepted by Business", then follow the steps to go up to status "Requested for PRD".

First change to status "In test PRE" (nothing is done at this setp), and then "Requested for PRD".

8/ Contact now technical approver team to import this (those) TO in WBP.

Notice that all TO will be imported in WBP at the same time.
