When you develop a Qlik Sense dashboard, we can have only one Developer at the same time.

Only owner of a dashboard can see this dashboard in his workspace or also duplicate published version of his dashboard in his workspace to do some evolution.

By default it the same thing for Data Connection, only owner of a DataConnection can see and use his connection.

It could be interesting to share a DataConnection inside QlikSense for 2 usages :

• If multiple Developer must use the same connection for develop several dashboards (connection to Database for example). In this case IT Team create a connection for you and share the connection to necessary users
• If we transfert the ownership of one dashboard from one user to another one. In this case we must shared the DataConnection from the original user to the destination user
