When you load data from an attached file inside QlikSense you have several limitations : 

• The maximum size of a file attached to the app is 50 MB.
• The maximum total size of files attached to the app, including image files uploaded to the media library, is 200 MB.
• To update a file it necessary to attach each time the updated file inside application in replacement of the original file attached.

A workaround for this limitations is to request a Shared folder inside QlikSense server to let you know manage your file directly in a windows folder.

With a Shared Folder, no limitations in term of files size and updates done on files inside your shared folder will be taking into account for each reload of your QlikSense app.

Shared folder will have the name of your Windows ID. You can also request a Team Shared Folder if multiple user must have the capabilities to manage files source
