Check the new file

Jean-Louis Tartarin sends a request to the Support Team (RHD-RCS SUPPORT BW) to update the energy efficiency conversion rate with the new file.

Then, the support team has to check the new file:

• The title : “DSO_UTCT.csv”
• The format has to be like that :
  1^^st^ column: C_UTILITY
  2^^nd^ column: UNIT
• 3^^rd^ column: K_TXCVUT (be careful, the separation is “* ” And not “ ”)

Import the new file

When the new file is checked, the support team can add this one in the BW server.

• Open FileZilla Client :

• Connect to WBP : put “FRPARWBP” in the first cell and click on “Connexion”

• Go to the folder “/BW/Value Stream”

• Rename the last version of the file “DSO_UTCT.csv”, for example “DSO_UTCT_oldX.csv” (X is a number) to keep old versions :

• Import the new file : you just have to double click on the file “DSO_UTCT.csv” in the left part

Then, you have to select “Replace” and validate:

Update DSO_UTCT
