Main Monitoring Documents in Google Drive

The following google drive documents are the main documents to use for the process chain monitoring process:

Data reloading procedure

With exception of non-live flows and the daily loadings monitoring, if there is a need to launch a reloading for an application used by users, it is mandatory to use this procedure :

1. Define a schedule in agreement with the requestor.
2. Inform the users via an ISSP communication (Here).
3. Create a UR in the SAP Applications Footprints space with :
   • Funct Area = BW
   • * mpact = IT*
   • * R SubType = PPC Bug or PPC Evolution*
4. Ask validation of the UR by either : Christophe Audefroy, Kalil Willian, Guillaume Thevenet.
5. Launch an aggregated query by company + another field before the reloading and attached the result in the UR.
6. Launch the data loading (dont forget to delete the index if cube reloading .
7. After loading completed launch the same query for control : check that the data is corrected and no change to other data.
8. Inform the requestor directly by email and update the ISSP communication to inform the loading is done.
9. Ask requestor approval to close the UR.
