Technical Tables Clearance Automation – Process Chain - PC_TTC_01

Introduction

Technical table's clearance is a process of clearing the unwanted data from the system.
This activity has been initiated to save space before HANA migration. The top technical tables have been identified based on memory utilization and then it is planned to automate the clearance of unwanted data periodically.
The following tables have been considered as part of this process.

Automation

The process chain PC_TTC_01 is created to automate the clearance of unwanted data from certain technical tables.
Dynamic variants are used to pass the selection screen values to the programs.
