1. While discussing new initiatives in the Architecture Assurance Board, the Enterprise Architecture team will add the new app in LeanIX (+ details)
2. The Data Product Owner will:
   1. Define the app name according to the naming convention:

          <functional domain> - <app name> <report or dashboard, if applicable> - <SLV or SQO, if applicable>

1. 1. Request the Enterprise  Architecture team to update (or add) the app in LeanIX
   2. Add the new app to the DA&AI - Applications running in Production.gsheet (this gsheet is expected to be decommissioned and start relying on LeanIX only)
   3. Request the Operations team to add the new app in Service ONE CMDB (via DA&AI Service Request , choosing the option "Any other type of support")
