Within Jira you are going to "Testing Board" and you select the "Test Executions".

All Test Executions and the related status will be available. You must click on the one you want to run. 

It will give you the below view with all test case that are part of the Test Execution:

You can already interact with the status in order to define the result or you can click on the play button at the right side of the line. 

When using the play button you will get the following view

You can then:

• Change the status of the test case. 
• Create a Defect by using the  + button   
• Add Evidence by using the  + button
• Add a comment:
• Go to the next or previous test case by using keyboard shortcuts or the direction arrow
