How to create an access in TK'Blue, the external tool?
Access in TK'Blue can be granted either to all GBUs or to selected GBUs.
At Solvay, we decided that key users shall have access to their GBU only, except the ones with a global role.
The other transversal stakeholders (admins, service owner, sustainability leader...) may have access to all the GBUs
Note: we have chosen a data segregation at the GBU level but the tool allows up to 5 levels of consolidation
Only the admins are allowed to create an access in TK'Blue: donia.rachdi@solvay.com and sabine.desiront@solvay.com
How to grant access to all GBUs?
Access management
The number of users of the external tool is limited to 25.
Thus only the GBU key users and the other stakeholders are allowed in.
If you are changing role and access has to be updated, please contact donia.rachdi@solvay.com
How to grant access to a selected GBU?
You need to filter by GBU first, then create the access you will apply to your previous selection
Note: The GBU key users could need to download the extraction from TIERS that is available in CGP.
Access to this GCP folder is managed using the Google Group ECo-$Carbon emissions extraction access
If a user is added or removed, this Google Group should be aligned accordingly
